Trust is earned per fact.

What verification means

Listed: the record has been approved for publication. This alone does not confirm that it is open or reachable.

Contact confirmed: a dated contact check is recorded.

Owner verified: evidence of control of the published phone, domain or reviewed documents has been accepted. Anonymous claims cannot change a listing.

Credentials checked: a specific license, registration or insurance document was reviewed with a source and date. A badge never guarantees current coverage or suitability.

Expired evidence remains visible with its date. Unknown qualifications are never described as verified. Fixture records are fictional and carry no verification claims.

How results are ranked

1. Match business names, categories and service words.
2. Filter by published locations and declared service coverage.
3. Order matching records by match relevance, last update, then business name.

You can also order alphabetically. We do not currently rank by distance or sell sponsored placements. Payment never changes the regular result order.

Corrections and ownership

Reports and ownership requests enter a pending review queue. They never grant automatic access or overwrite business records. We do not promise a response time.
