When you search

Search terms and places appear in the URL and may appear in hosting access logs. We do not request device coordinates, install analytics cookies or store a remembered location in your browser.

When you send a request

We store the information you submit, a random reference, request type and date in the directory review queue. Only authorized operators should access it. Inquiries go to the directory team; this website does not deliver quote requests to businesses or sell leads.

A short-lived hash of the connection address is used to limit submissions. The raw address is not stored in the submission table. Hosting providers may process connection information in their own logs.

Do not include private addresses, financial details or sensitive documents. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion and include your request reference if available. We may need to confirm the request is yours.

Business information

Public records separate business facts, external sources and editorial content. Service-area street addresses remain private unless explicitly approved for publication. Reports and claims are not public.

Retention

Our operating policy is to remove resolved requests and contact details within 90 days of resolution, and unresolved requests within 180 days unless an active investigation requires retention. Operators must enforce this policy; no automated retention job is currently enabled.
